The Pinal County Health Department inspected eight Casa Grande eateries in April, handing out less than perfect scores to four.

The restaurants receiving less than perfect scores were Ochoa’s Restaurant, 512 E. Cottonwood Ln.; Francisco Grande Restaurant, 2684 W. Gila Bend Hwy.; Dell’s Pizza, 1654 N. Pinal Ave. and Eva’s Fine Mexican Food, 2033 N. Pinal Ave.

Ochoa’s was cited for not having expiration dates on food products, Francisco’s for improper cooling techniques, Dell’s for dirty equipment and Eva’s for not holding food at proper temperature.

Although citations were issued, all restaurants received scores of satisfactory.
