A 30-year-old Maricopa woman was transported to Chandler Regional Medical Center following an early morning accident.
The accident occurred around 9 a.m., when a red SUV and king cab truck collided near the intersection of Donithan Way and Honeycutt.
The woman, who was driving the SUV, was transported to the hospital for precautionary reasons. The driver of the truck was not injured.
Police temporarily closed down northbound Donithan Way while crews cleared the accident scene. Below is a brief video of the accident.
