After surviving a dog attack, Molly deserves a new home

68

Molly has a sad history.

Two other dogs attacked her when her previous owner went out of town and left all three dogs in a run together. The owner’s friend went over the next morning to feed the dogs and found Molly lying in a pool of blood. He rushed Molly to the vet, and the vet called the owners. They could not afford the $1,200 surgery so they opted to have her put down.

The vet called and asked Helping Orphaned Hounds Rescue to take her since she is a sweetheart and did not deserve to die.

Molly was rescued and had her surgery. She recovered well even although her larynx was torn in two.

Molly is an eight to nine-month-old sweetheart with the energy of a puppy. She gets along with other dogs but has to be reminded to share her toys.

She is spayed, UTD on vaccinations, rabies, bordatella and micro chipped. Now all Molly needs is a loving family to spoil her.

Attention pet owners:  A low cost spay/neuter/vaccination clinic in Maricopa will be held on Wednesday, June 16. Call 480-656-4479 or email [email protected] for more information.
