When a 20-year-old man named Cutter’s girlfriend was found with cuts on her face — and he was soaked in blood — cops clobbered him with five criminal charges.

Maricopa police arrested Cutter Parks and accused him of beating his girlfriend, according to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa.

Just before 9:30 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an apartment complex at 45760 W. Village Pkwy. after receiving a report of a woman screaming and being dragged to a car by Parks.

Police found Parks driving in the apartment parking lot with his girlfriend.

Police spoke with Parks’ girlfriend, whose face was bloody and had several fresh wounds, and a black eye, according to the police document.

The woman told officers she and Parks were at a golf course drinking beers before an argument about wanting to go to her family’s house. She said she could not recall what happened after the argument.

Parks, who cops said was obviously drunk, told police his girlfriend tried to run away from him — so he tackled her to the ground and shoved her in the car.

He later changed his story and said she fell down a flight of stairs.

According to police, Parks admitted to drinking four beers, failed field sobriety tests and blew double the legal limit in a preliminary breath test.

Parks was booked into the Pinal County jail on two counts of DUI and other charges of domestic violence assault, underage DUI and underage drinking.

He faces two and a half years in jail.

  1. Well, it doesn’t surprise me at all. He actually pulled out a switch blade on me a couple years back. His parents are the infamous owners of “Headquarters ” bar “Darwin Parks” & ” Jocelyn Joyce Farrell Parks “, his grandmother is “Alma Farrell “, owner of “Headquarters ” cafe. These are some very bad & dangerous people, stay away from them. I believe his parents are involved in some drug trafficking operations.
