Boots could walk right into your heart and home

55

Boots and his two siblings were born at Teakwoods, a Maricopa restaurant.

They were all severely dehydrated and had worms. After receiving fluids and some dewormer, they were good as new!

Boots, who is in the middle of the photo, is very independent and loving. He loves to run around the house and investigates every little thing.

About five months old, Boots has been neutered. He is a black and white domestic short-haired kitten who would love to come and live with you.

Hidden Valley Animal Rescue is a non-profit located just 10 miles south of the city of Maricopa. In Hidden Valley there is a severe problem with people dropping unwanted pets in the desert and leaving them to fend for themselves, which usually means a torturous death in the sun or being hit by cars and trucks. Most of the animals taken in are dehydrated, have not received proper medical care and are rarely neutered or spayed. Any animals that need help, regardless of their species or age, are rescued. Hidden Valley Animal Rescue currently provides shelter and food for dogs, cats, horses, goats, rats, chickens and fish.
