Central Arizona College will offer a combination of in-person and remote new student orientation sessions this summer.  

The sessions are designed to help prepare students for summer and fall 2023 classes, and will be open to prospective students, current students, parents and guests. 

They will cover a range of topics, including how to set up an advising appointment, how to utilize financial aid and how to use technological resources like Blackboard and email. 

Angela Askey, the Executive Director of Public Relations and Marketing, encourages first-time students and those who are new to CAC to enroll.  

The upcoming orientation dates have been announced below for the four CAC campuses located in Maricopa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley and Coolidge.  

May 20, 10 – 11 a.m. – Zoom (ASL Interpretation available) 

May 23, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. – Microsoft Teams 

August 12, 10 – 11 a.m. – Zoom (ASL Interpretation available) 

August 14, 4 – 6 p.m. – Maricopa Campus, 17945 N. Regent Dr, Maricopa, AZ 85138 

August 15, 4 – 6 p.m. – Superstition Mountain Campus, 805 S. Idaho Rd, Apache Junction, AZ 85119 

August 16, 4 – 6 p.m. – San Tan Campus, 3736 E. Bella Vista Rd, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143 

August 17, 4 – 6 p.m. – Signal Peak Campus, 8470 N. Overfield Rd, Coolidge, AZ 85128
