Chamber golf tourney on Nov. 12

The Maricopa Chamber of Commerce will hold its Rockin’ Fall Golf Bash beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 with a continental breakfast and range balls. The shotgun start is at 9 a.m.

The tournament will be held at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club, 48456 State Route 238.

The entry fee for a team of four is $600, which includes: sponsorship on the cart; main banner and leader board; breakfast and range balls; steak dinner; four Raffle tickets for the grand prize; skills competition and a live band.

The cost per person for the party only, which includes the steak dinner and entertainment, is $35.

The chamber is looking for sponsors from $1,500 to $250. The money raised will benefit schools in Maricopa.

There will be door prizes and a raffle, including a 70-inch flat-screen TV, a 150-square foot putting green, $750 in cash and three digital cameras.
