Why you moved to Maricopa: We saw Maricopa as a unique place to raise our family. More importantly, this was an opportunity for my husband, our children and me to contribute to a city that was just beginning to develop.

Prior political office(s): Member and current chair, Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission
Community service: Member and current chair, Maricopa Planning and Zoning Commission; three years on commission, member, Arizona Planning Association, member, Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, United Way, PTO, Girl Scouts, Maricopa Youth Football League, Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, Mesa’s Community Spirit, participate in the city of Maricopa’s 1st Citizen Leadership Academy, volunteer for numerous community events.
Occupation: City Council assistant to the Mesa City Council
