Position: Plumbing Manager
The Plumbing Manager works with the General Manager to achieve sales goals and drive profit through managing a team of field technicians. This person also coordinates between dispatchers and customer service representatives while monitoring performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, motivate, and continue training for plumbing and drains teams
- Understand Sales Criteria and how to cross-sell leads to HVAC and Electrical departments to drive results
- Review invoices, jobs, timecards, and pay incentives to balance gross profit
- Serve as an expert to address customer concerns and back up for field technicians as needed
- Develop plumbing teams, conduct meetings, and mentor technicians for career growth through training
- Oversees daily operation to ensure that proper procedures and guidelines are in place
- Offer high standard customer service to resolve escalated issued by developing relationships
- Promote enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, weekly team meeting, and scheduling 1:1’s
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Management experience REQUIRED with residential home services company
- Possess ability to inspire personal and professional growth in team
- Highly organized with exceptional follow though capability to drive performance and goals
- Exceptional communication and social acumen that displays a leader to entire
- company
- Service Titan experience is preferred
