Charges of criminal domestic violence have been filed with the Pinal County Attorney against Robert Adams, 38, in connection with an assault reported Feb. 4 on West Desert Garden Lane in Alterra (see “Police release suspect into mother’s custody based on behavioral health issues”).
Sergeant Stephen Judd of the Maricopa Police Department said the charges were filed against Adams after his mother took him to a Valley hospital where he was formally admitted for a 72-hour psychiatric evaluation.
