Maricopa Police Department arrested a married couple accused of lewd drunken antics at Pacana Park Monday morning. Cops say they found the man passed out with his pants at his knees near the lake.

Police arrested 31-year-old Jerome Frank and 29-year-old Doria Frank at Pacana Park on reports of drunk people at the park exposing themselves, according to a probable cause statement obtained by InMaricopa.

Cops responded to the park just after 9 a.m. after multiple reports came in about a pantless man. They found Jerome Frank “passed out” with his legs partially hanging over the edge of the lake. Officers said his pants were to his knees and his genitalia were fully exposed.

Police said Jerome Frank had a partially empty bottle of Smirnoff Vodka next to him and that he smelled like alcohol. Cops said he was snoring and would not wake up when they spoke loudly and rubbed his chest.

Officers pulled Jerome Frank’s pants up and placed him into custody.

Someone told police a drunk woman was also in the bathroom. Officers found Doria Frank, who admitted to drinking liquor under the gazebo with her husband and a friend when it was still dark outside.

Doria Frank told police she walked into the bathroom and fell asleep on the toilet.

Maricopa police did not identify the friend involved.

Jerome Frank was booked into the Pinal County jail on two misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and public nuisance. He also had a warrant for failure to appear in court. He is awaiting extradition to New Mexico. He also got busted violating a city law — possessing alcohol at a public park in Maricopa has a penalty of a $100 fine, according to Maricopa Municipal codes. He faces 10 months in jail.

Doria Frank was also booked on a misdemeanor public nuisance charge and was cited for drinking at the park.
