The Maricopa Center for Entrepreneurship hired Sara Troyer as marketing coordinator and administrative assistant. Troyer is a Central Arizona College business management student and graduate of Maricopa High School.

Troyer comes with a rich marketing background, having gained exposure from her four years in the MHS DECA program as the chapter CEO and as a two-time international competitor. She has also undergone a summer internship as a marketing coordinator at Prairie Run Dental in Wisconsin, during which she successfully organized various promotional events and activities related on behalf of her dental clinic.

As an administrative assistant, Troyer will be assisting Executive Director Dan Beach to generate jobs and grow innovative small businesses in Maricopa. Beach was hired in August as a successor to former director Tom Baxter. He has a vast knowledge business and can provide excellent insight for prospective business owners.

The Center is committed to providing assistance for small and medium business entrepreneurs as well as existing business owners to grow and flourish. In its mission to build strong local businesses, the Center offers business consulting, as well as small office space and a revolving loan fund through the City of Maricopa. The resources offered by MCE can help an entrepreneurial company to accelerate its growth towards success, be it small, medium or perhaps a prospective entrepreneur toying with the idea of a business plan.
