Maricpa Fire Department’s annual Ride for Toys is Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pacana Park. Santa Claus will arrive at 10 a.m. on a motorcycle to lead the fire trucks.

Donate a new, unwrapped toy or teen gift for a free ride on a fire truck. Each gift also gets a raffle ticket for dinner with a fire crew, ride to school on a fire truck or a fire department T-shirt.

Donations of nonperishable food items will also be accepted. donations benefit F.O.R. Maricopa and the citizens and children of Maricopa.
