Students – as well as members of the community – looking for employment will have an opportunity to connect with businesses searching for qualified candidates to fill numerous vacant positions.

“Central Arizona College will do the work, all the employers need to do is register and get ready to fill their available positions,” Ann Mitchell, Central’s coordinator of student employment who is organizing the career fair, said.

Job seekers should dress in business attire and bring multiple copies of their resume.

“The fair gives the opportunity for companies and organizations to market themselves and to provide employment information to a large consumer and employee base,” Mitchell said. “What better place for businesses and job seekers to connect than at Central Arizona College.”

Employers who wish to be represented at this year’s fair are encouraged to reserve space as soon as possible. The general exhibitor fee is $65, while the fee for government and non-profit organizations providing 501 3 (c) proof is just $50.

A special $15 exhibitor discount is being offered for all businesses that register by March 14.

“This is one of the largest job and career fairs in Pinal County,” Mitchell explained. “Last year the fair almost reached capacity, so we are encouraging exhibitors to reserve space quickly.”

Exhibitors will be provided with a table, two chairs, listing in the fair guide, a networking breakfast and lunch for one representative. A high demand for tables is expected and the fair annually draws several hundred visitors.
