Traffic backed up on State Route 347 for more than 20 minutes while Maricopa Police made a felony stop at about 20024 N. John Wayne Parkway.
“It was a high-risk stop on a vehicle that was northbound,” Maricopa Police Spokesman Stephen Judd said at about 4:15 p.m. today.
