Brownie Troop 2216 holding food drive

As local Brownie Troop 2216 has been working on their Philanthropy Legacy GS badge, the girls wanted to put on a food drive to make sure everyone in town will be able to have their own holiday dinner.

Items needed are cranberries, packaged gravy, bottled water, canned corn, boxed stuffing, boxed mashed potatoes, canned beans, canned sweet potatoes and pre-cooked ham. Items will be donated to the F.O.R Maricopa food bank.

The drop-off deadline is Dec. 14 and the location is CKGH Law Office at 41600 W. Smith Enke Road, Building 12, near the library.
