The Church of Celebration opened its doors for the first time just five months ago. Last Sunday was its Grand Opening, a celebration of the church’s successful establishment in Maricopa. The Church of Celebration is a partner ministry of Vision Arizona.
Lead Pastor Josh Barrett and Worship Pastor Jon Lloyd were on hand to welcome members of the congregation and to begin a new series entitled “What on earth am I here for?”
“CC,” the Church of Celebration’s mascot, was available to greet children and adults alike. The ministry team was also in celebration attire.

Grand Opening festivities coincided with Mother’s Day, so mothers received flowers to thank them for all they do.
