H&N Landscape donates $5 per child visiting Santa on Saturday

The owners of H&N Landscape will be opening their pocket books to help spread the holiday spirit this Saturday.

As a special promotion the Maricopa-based landscaping company will donate $5 for each child who comes to see Mr. and Mrs. Claus at the Huggins house.

The Huggins couple dress as Mr. and Mrs. Claus every year and allow parents to take pictures with them for a donation of either a canned food item or an unwrapped toy.

“This is a great thing that H&N is doing,” Linda Huggins said.

The couple runs their Santa picture fundraiser on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, but H&N will only be offering the $5 donation per child on Saturday.

The total amount the company will donate is capped at $1,000, and the money raised will go to benefit the Maricopa F.O.R. food bank and a Toys for Tots program the Maricopa Fire Department is running.

“We just wanted to do something to give back to the community this holiday season,” said Tim Hassert, one of the owners of H&N.
