Update: Help sought for finding missing teen

Angel Vega, a Casa Grande teen reported missing Tuesday by his family was found by Pinal County Sheriff's Office detectives in Arizona City today at 10:31 a.m.

According to PCSO, detectives are transporting him home to be interviewed. 

Sheriff Paul Babeu stated, “Though we don’t know all the circumstances at this point, safe to say, we are fortunate to know this teen will be returned to his family, safe and without harm.”

The family of a teenager missing from Casa Grande is seeking the public’s help in finding him.

Angel Vega, 13, went missing this morning a little before noon. His parents said he had been despondent for several days. According to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, he was last seen near the 10400 block of South Chuichu Road.

PCSO deputies are continuing to search for him.

Angel’s parents describe him as a Hispanic male, 5 feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a green shirt and denim jeans.
