New coffee shop hits town this summer

A new coffee shop is expected to open in August in Maricopa Business Center on Honeycutt Road.

Honeycutt Coffee Company will serve high-quality coffees, espresso, teas, smoothies, juice and hot chocolate, said Eric Graham, who is partnering with his parents Tom and Jan Graham to operate the business.

The Grahams are Washington state residents who are longtime acquaintances of Kirk and Mary Shroyer, landlords of the business center. Eric Graham has relocated to Maricopa while his parents still live in Washington. His father works in IT; his mother owns a hair salon.
