After a friends-and-family opening Tuesday, Jersey Mike’s Subs will open to the public today in the Maricopa Station.
Franchise operators Alicia Rosenfield and Duane Layton will hold a grand opening and free sub fund-raiser now through Sunday to support nine schools in the Maricopa Unified School District.
The new restaurant, located at 21423 N. John Wayne Pkwy., is circulating thousands of flyers throughout the community with various offers. For each offer redeemed until the end of the month, Jersey Mike’s will make a $2 donation to the participating schools. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
