Maricopa resident booked on eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor

On Oct. 29, 2008, Maricopa Police Officers responded to the 45000 block of W. Cowpath Dr. on a report of a possible suicide attempt.

Upon arrival, additional information was obtained from a family member at the scene that the subject, Justin Bowman, was involved in crimes against children that live at the residence. Probable cause was developed, and Bowman was taken into custody.

MPD detectives served a search warrant on Bowman’s residence later in the day and seized several items of evidence from the home. Bowman was booked in the Pinal County Jail and is facing eight counts of Sexual Conduct with a Minor, each of which is a class 2 felony.
