The Maricopa Police Department has identified a trend of burglaries occurring in the area of the Meadows. Two of these burglaries occurred when the suspect(s) gained access to the residence by knocking a hole through the outside stucco wall.(see related story)
MPD’s Investigation Unit is working with patrol in the area to identify leads. A small two-door white car and some juveniles were seen in the area of the one of the burglaries carrying a black suitcase on Tuesday Jan. 20. We are seeking assistance from the public with any information on these incidents.
A monetary reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of the individual(s) involved.
