The City of Maricopa Multi-Family Residential Design Guidelines are being drafted! The Multi-Family Residential Design Guidelines are needed to keep up with ever-changing development practices and an influx of multi-family developments that are planned for the City of Maricopa.  The draft was written to represent the goals and vision of the city and its residents.  If approved, the draft will expedite the development process and help guide developers and reviewers create products that are consistent and that offer a variety of diverse and attractive materials, colors and architectural styles.

We are conducting a 2nd stakeholder review period to help generate more comments on the Guidelines. We are interested in hearing from members of the community and welcome all comments and/or concerns.

The city will be holding the following public meetings for the proposed update. The public meetings are shown below.

Planning and Zoning Commission
January 24, 2022 @ 6 p.m.
