Whether it is horse property, commercial property or a residential short sale, Maricopa Real Estate Company wants to help you find what you need.
The company, which was formed a few short months ago, is the brainchild of Arizona native and long-time Maricopa resident Steve Murray. Murray started the company because he wanted to provide customers in Maricopa a premium, one-stop real estate shop.
To help accomplish this he has formed a team consisting of some prominent realtors in the city. This team includes Jay Shaver, Mary Ann Toohey, Bill Wasowicz and Patti Wasowicz.
“All of these people were top producers at their prior places of employment,” Murray said.
If they were to be broken into specialty areas, Bill and Patti would be defined as the short sale team. “We currently have 80 to 90 short sale properties in the city listed with us, which makes us one of the top companies in the city for that product,” Murray said.
Besides the short sales, Murray is a commercial expert and currently has nine listings along State Route 347.
If it is a larger property the client is looking for, the team often refers to its horse property expert, Toohey. One of the original members of the team, Toohey is a Canadian with dual residency. She moved to the Thunderbird Farms area almost 12 years ago and has developed a niche in horse properties.
While each member of the team has a specialty, they are all more than capable of handling any type of real estate transaction.
“We are very focused on customer service and take the time to give our clients the level of support they need,” Toohey said.
