One-year-old Rex is hoping to be adopted

Here is a pooch needing adoption:

Hi! My name is Rex. I am a small, male Shiba Inu mix.

I am very sweet and playful! I am a quick learner and am doing great with my kennel training and learning my obedience skills.

A family bought me out of a box at Fry’s when I was just a tiny puppy, and they were not prepared to raise me so they gave me up. I have been in foster care for a few months now so I could learn to be a good boy and to make sure I was ready for a new home. I am!

I am a year old, neutered and fully vaccinated. I love to play with other dogs
but like to be ‘Top Dog,’ so a home where I could be the only dog or where
the other dogs are either female or submissive males would suit me best.

I have been around children and cats in my foster home, and I do well with both
although my energy may not suit a family with toddlers since I think that
running through the house at top speed is great fun!

My adoption fee of $135 will also include my micro chipping. If you’d like to meet me and see if I’d be a good match for you and your family, please call Kimberly at (480) 452-7997 or check me out at www.PetSocialWorker.org.
