The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, in accordance with state law, has issued a notification of a registered sex offender within Maricopa.
David William Gullans, a 64-year-old white man with green eyes, white hair and weighing 317 pounds has moved to 2652 N. Deer Trail.
He has a surgical scar on his back and is a level two sex offender, meaning that he has been determined to be an intermediate risk for recidivism by the agency he was last in custody with based on the results of a 19-criteria risk assessment profile.
Gullans was convicted of child molesting July 14, 1997 and of being a sex offender failing to comply with registration Nov. 14.
