March Madness is just right

Florida Gulf Coast University has made an improbable run to the Sweet 16 – the first 15th seed to get into the Sweet 16. And, No. 1 seed Indiana lost in the Sweet 16 to Syracuse.

March Madness has been living up to its name and most InMaricopa.com readers taking a poll on the annual college basketball extravaganza are satisfied.

Seventy-four of 173 respondents, or 43 percent, said March has just the right amount of madness when asked if March Madness has gone too far.

Thirty-five, or 20 percent, of readers said the basketball uber tournament had, indeed, gone too far and is too confusing. Sixty-four poll takers, or 37 percent, marked the answer: What’s March Madness?
