Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH will anchor the Phoenix Premium Outlets at Wild Horse Pass, Simon Property Group announced Tuesday.
The single-level, 90 store upscale outlet center broke ground last week with a spring 2013 opening planned. Located adjacent to the Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino on Interstate 10, Phoenix Premium Outlets also will be home to several restaurants.
The “luxury-in-a-loft” design of Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH stores is both “spacious and inviting,” according to a Simon Property Group press release. The versatile environment can showcase an emerging trend one day and a great deal the next, all at the high pace of fashion.
There are 34 Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH locations within the Simon portfolio, both in its Premium Outlets and The Mills divisions.
