How is Maricopa doing? What are the plans for its immediate future?
The city of Maricopa and the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present Mayor Anthony Smith’s annual State of the City address on Tuesday, Feb. 9. The address will provide a review of how actions and events in the past year have advanced Maricopa’s progress towards achieving many of the critical goals identified in the city council’s strategic plan, as well as plans for continued efforts.
The event will be held at Harrah’s Ak-Chin hotel and casino from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Seating is limited so an RSVP is requested, which can be completed online.
The event is open to the general public. For those who cannot attend, the address will be taped and re-aired on Maricopa20 television.
