Sun Life welcomes FPN at Maricopa office

Sun Life welcomed Stephanie Ten Eyck as its newest family nurse practitioner (FNP) at its Maricopa location last month.

Ten Eyck attended Azusa Pacific University in California and earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2008. She went on to seek her master’s from the University of Phoenix in Tempe, where she graduated in 2015 with a concentration in family nursing.

Her certifications include the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Prescribing and Dispensing Authority.

In 2011-12, she was also presented with the Excellent Patient Care Star Award.

Ten Eyck comes to Sun Life from Air Methods in Casa Grande, where she worked for just over two years as a registered flight nurse.

The best part of her job as a nurse practitioner, she says, is that she gets to “meet so many unique people and hear their story.”
