Two dogs found left in a vehicle and fake $1 top MPD blotter

Maricopa Police does not yet provide its blotter electronically, but it is available daily for public inspection during regular business hours.

Here are a few of the highlights:

VEHICLE BREAK-IN
A woman reported at 6:24 p.m. Thursday that her boyfriend’s car was broken in to near the 42000 block of West Venture Court in Rancho El Dorado.

APPLIANCE MOVERS
A man reported at 2:20 p.m. Thursday that he needed help retrieving his appliances from the 45000 block of West Sheridan in Maricopa Meadows.

ROAD VENDOR
Someone reported at 11:26 a.m. Thursday a man was selling puppies on the side of the road near the 20000 block of North John Wayne Parkway

COUNTERFEIT BILL
A counterfeit $1 bill was reported at having been passed at 11:23 a.m. Thursday at the 44000 block of West Hathaway Avenue.

PARKING LOT ACCIDENT
A man reported at 10:30 Thursday that a white Toyota hit his vehicle which was parked on the 43000 block of West Snow Drive.

COPPER THEFT
Someone reported at 7:52 a.m. Thursday that copper wire had been stolen from the 53000 block East Ridoway Road.

ANIMAL ABUSE
Someone reported at 7:28 a.m. Thursday seeing two dogs locked inside of a black Chevy Blazer in front of the Fry’s Marketplace parking lot on North John Wayne Parkway.
