The Maricopa Library will be closed until Monday due to a break-in that took place Thursday night.
Vandals broke into the library through a window and discharged fire extinguishers.
Cleaning crews were at the library Friday afternoon cleaning up the mess, but said they could not comment on the condition of the library.
Maricopa Police could not be immediately reached for comment.
