Province Town Hall will celebrate Sunday with a ceremony at 2 p.m. It will feature stories, poems, music and vignettes reflecting the nation’s conflicts from the Revolutionary War to the present.
To honor Veterans Day’s origin – it originally derived from the Armistice Day, which marks the signing of the Armistice that ended World War I – the ceremony will include the playing of the Last Post and a two-minute silence followed by a playing of The Rouse.
