Crews finished paving parts of John Wayne Parkway between Smith-Enke Road, and north city limits this morning.
The video shows Arizona Department of Transportation crews working on the roadway just before midnight. Northbound traffic was restricted to one lane.
Both lanes were reopened by 2:30 a.m.
