The Arizona Department of Transportation is alerting drivers to a possible traffic delays on State Route 347 next week.
Sunday morning, Electrical District #3 will be doing an “aerial pull” of overhead cable across State Route 347 near State Route 238 (milepost 173). All traffic will be stopped intermittently for about 15 minutes. One lane will be closed for the work, which will last approximately from 7 a.m. to noon.
Overnight work on Monday and Tuesday will also restrict lanes on SR 347 at milepost 184-190.
A pavement-improvement project on the southbound lanes will reduce traffic to one lane from 9 p.m. Monday to 5 a.m. Tuesday. Then it will be the northbound lanes restricted to one lane from 9 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday.
