Age-Friendly Maricopa Advisory Committee meets at 4 p.m. at City Hall, 39700 W. Civic Center Plaza. Topics include the You Are Not Alone (YANA) initiative and the Senior Volunteer/Maricopa Chamber of Commerce Partnership Proposal.
TUESDAY
Big Q Networking Luncheon is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Native Grill & Wings, 21164 N. John Wayne Parkway, for the monthly on-your-own business networking event.
Coffee with Friends of the Maricopa Library is 1:30-3 p.m. at Maricopa Public Library, 41600 W. Smith-Enke Road. All ages are welcome.
Santa Rosa Elementary Site Council Meeting is at 4:30 p.m. at 21400 N. Santa Rosa Drive.
Maricopa City Council meets in a work session at 6 p.m. and in regular session and at 7 p.m. Topics include the transportation corridor and mixed-use heritage overlay districts, an agreement with Pinal County for land to operate a recycling center and a contract with Right Away Disposal for recycling and hazardous waste collection.
Maricopa Elementary School Sixth Grade Promotion is at 6 p.m. at 18150 N. Alterra Parkway.
MUSD Eighth Grade Unification Ceremony is at 7 p.m. at Maricopa High School’s Ram Stadium as Desert Wind Middle School and Maricopa Wells Middle eighth graders get promoted.

Pima Butte Elementary School Sixth Grade Promotion is at 5:30 p.m. at 42202 W. Rancho El Dorado.

Maricopa Republicans will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Copa Center, 44585 W. Honeycutt Road, along with Pinal County Republicans to hear Kirk Fowler, author of "Potty Training for Liberals: Realistic Solutions for Today's Problems."
Maricopa High School Class of 2015 Graduation is at 7:30 p.m. at Ram Stadium.
