85239.com invites community to join SR347 cleanup

For anyone looking for a chance to do something good, to give back to the community and a chance to do so while meeting their neighbors, inmaricopa.com has just the ticket.

Those who participate in the next inmaricopa.com State Route 347 cleanup beginning at 9 a.m. April 5 will have the chance to do just that.

We will meet at 9 a.m. at Jane Askew Memorial Park in Rancho El Dorado (from RED main entrance, turn right and the park will be on your left) for brief introductions and review of the Arizona Department of Transportation rules and regulations and then carpool to the cleanup location at SR 347 and Riggs Road. We plan to wrap up by 11:30 a.m. and head back to Maricopa for lunch provided by inmaricopa.com.

For your own protection, ADOT reminds all volunteers to wear work gloves, long pants (jeans are preferred), long sleeves and comfortable closed-toe shoes (work boots if you have them). Please also remember to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunblock and a bottle or two of water.

ADOT will provide orange safety vests and garbage bags.

inmaricopa.com will also provide bottled water.
