The most expensive home sold in Maricopa from Feb. 11 to March 10 fetched $600,000 Feb. 27.

This Cobblestone Farms house at 44568 W. Granite Drive is one of the city’s few basement homes. It boasts six bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath. The front door opens to a staircase down to the basement, an office space, kitchen and living room. The backyard has a covered patio and grill with a pool. It sold for $29,000 below the original list price. It previously sold for $164,500 in 2010.
