Brent Billingsley, director of Development Services for the City of Maricopa, will be the guest speaker at the monthly Maricopa Chamber of Commerce breakfast.
The morning networking and business meeting will be held from 7:15 until 8:30 a.m. Aug. 14 at Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino Resort Hotel, 19406 N. Maricopa Road.
Billingsley will speak about the TIME Coalition, a private group committed to getting a one-cent state sales tax approved to pay for transporation issues, including improvements in Maricopa.
The cost for the breakfast is $15 for members ($12 if pre-registered online) and $18 for non-members
