5 years in Maricopa for Church of Celebration

Churchof Celebration has been in Maricopa for five years.

“This Sunday we’re celebrating that milestone, and we’d like Maricopa to know,” said Mat Balgaard, COC executive pastor.

The birthday, anniversary or all around celebration event begins with services at 9 and 10:45 a.m. at Maricopa Wells Middle School. You can register to win a free IPad for you and your guest at the services. 

The festivities continue with a picnic across the street at Maricopa Meadows Park from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Bring lawn chairs, umbrellas, towels and blankets.

The picnic is a family affair with free food, bounce houses and fire truck tours. Water slides will be part of the fun, so kids “come ready to get wet,” Balgaard advised.

In order to win the IPad you must be present at the picnic where the drawing will be held.
