The City of Maricopa’s Community Services Department has announced the fall 2008 Yard Waste Days. Citizens will be able to dispose of unwanted yard waste for free Oct. 24-26 and Oct. 31-Nov. 2, 2008.
“Community Services is pleased to be able to offer this service to our residents,” stated Brian Duncan, code compliance officer. “Yard Waste Days provides the opportunity for citizens to clean up their yards and not worry about how or where to dump the waste.”
The dumpster will be located at the northeast corner of SR 347 and Honeycutt Road and will be identified with the “COPA CARES” logo. Please be advised that this dumpster is provided for Maricopa residents’ yard waste disposal only and that no commercial dumping will be permitted.
