COMET launches fixed route service

A reminder: COMET has started its new fixed route.

There are two trips in the morning and two trips in the evening at the same locations. City of Maricopa Express Transit is using its three new vans for the fixed route. The demand response service and regional shuttle service will also continue.

Stops and times are:

City Hall – 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m.
Central Arizona College – 7:05 a.m., 8:05 a.m., 3:05 p.m., 4:05 p.m.
Walmart – 7:10 a.m., 8:10 a.m., 3:10 p.m., 4:10 p.m.
County Health Clinic/Library – 7:15 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 3:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m.
Bashas’ – 7:20 a.m., 8:20 a.m., 3:20 p.m., 4:20 p.m.
Copper Sky – 7:25 a.m. WB/7:30 a.m. EB, 8:25 a.m. WB/8:30 a.m. EB, 3:25 p.m. WB/3:30 p.m. EB, 4:25 p.m. WB, 4:30 p.m. EB
Copa Center – 7:34 a.m., 8:34 a.m., 3:34 p.m., 4:34 p.m.

Fare for the fixed route is 50 cents per boarding.
