The least expensive home sold in Maricopa from Feb. 11 to March 10 fetched $260,000 Feb. 26.

This two-story Desert Passage home at 40333 W. Helen Court has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and was billed as a potential investment property. The front door opens to a connected living room and kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs. It sold for $39,000 under the original list price. 

It previously sold for $103,000 in 2013.
