Factor 1 Studios provides blend of Web design and customer service

Any potential Web design client might hope to find a firm that is both customer focused and results based.

According to Matt Adams, founder of Factor 1 Studios, those concepts and that blend are what make his design firm stand out.

“We focus on delivery and making our clients as happy as possible,” Adams said, “and with this philosophy we have grown 60 to 70 percent every year simply by word of mouth.”

“I feel we have great design skill, but we are even better at understanding our client, planning every aspect of a project and delivering our work,” Adams said.

This year, Factor 1 Studios expanded into office space and hired its first full-time employee after being in business for four years.

Adams found his love for design and art, especially digital art, in high school and in college where he attained an associate’s degree in visual communication. He says he has always enjoyed the challenge of technology, working with people and finding solutions for client needs.

Factor 1 Studios began as a freelance design project when Adams was 22 and grew into a company providing Web design, brand development and marketing materials for clients across the country.

“The main vision was to provide high-quality design work with an extremely high level of customer service to small businesses, churches and non-profits,” Adams said.

What is Adams’ future plan for Factor 1 Studios?

“Because we serve a wide base of small businesses across the nation, we enjoy living and working in Maricopa,” he said. “My goal is to grow Factor 1 to a point where it is a nationwide brand with a great team of at least 10 designers and programmers who have the same passion for design and providing solutions for our clients as I do.”
