Graysmark Academy provides daycare and tutoring

Parents searching for an educational stimulant for their children might find the answer at Graysmark Academy.

Graysmark Academy is a private school servicing students ages 2 through 12. They also offer tutoring after school to students of all ages.

The owner of the academy, Tanya Graysmark, moved to Maricopa in 2002 and opened the academy in 2006.

Before opening Graysmark, the owner said she was an independent consultant and serviced four charter schools in the Valley.

She decided to open the business in Maricopa because of a lack of preschools and personalized instruction for elementary students.

“Preschool and individualized instruction offer students strong foundations that help them develop an appreciation for academics,” Graysmark said.
