Henry Wade: Sustainable growth through mutual support

290

The concept of mutual support has made another home run for Pinal County and specifically District 3 and the newly formed District 4. The Board of Supervisors together with the Ak Chin Community has mutually agreed to support efforts to modernize and widen the Casa Grande – Maricopa Highway. The need to work together on this project cannot be understated and the impact on the two cities of Casa Grande and Maricopa as well as Districts 3 and 4 is enormous. Just as we have recently seen the benefits of neighbor to neighbor support from the Gila River Indian Community in water issues, this development establishes the significant benefits of working together, regardless of party affiliation or political ideology.

I continue to get excited about the prospect of representing Pinal County District 4, knowing there is a real trend developing towards sustainable growth through multiple efforts. As I have pointed out in previous writings, sustainable growth though vision and through partnership is what we need to help our new district flourish and to help Pinal County be the leader in the sun corridor development. Economic opportunities such as the Union Pacific Red Rock Railroad, the designated I-11 corridor and oversight of the 347 grade separation, require the strong, positive, leadership I have been groomed to deliver.

We are seeing that our message, of independent spirit, is being favorably received throughout the district and I vow to bring that same energy to the Board of Supervisors if you vote for me on November 6.
