The least expensive home sold in Maricopa between July 10 and Aug. 9 fetched $120,000 on July 21.

That’s less than half the cost of last month’s least expensive home sold with a $150,000 difference. It sold for its original list price.

This single-wide manufactured home at 44811 W. Garvey Avenue is in the middle of town and one of the few not bound to a homeowners’ association. The home has a family room that opens to the dining and kitchen area.
