i-SupportDesk.com solves computer problems ‘remotely’

Want to get IT support without leaving the comfortable confines of your business?

Maricopa-based i-SupportDesk.com is a full-service computer and networking service provider specializing in providing support using the Internet.

It is fast, easy and saves money because our experts solve the customer’s computer problems without the customer having to bring the computer in, said Jim Dickinson, owner of the business.

Dickinson started the business in Feb. 2008 because he believed there was a huge need for time and price efficiency in small business IT services.

“We saw a great need to provide ‘virtual’ or remote computer support and services that allows us to go anywhere the client needs us for less and still offer the highest quality professional, experienced technicians and technology,” Dickinson said.

Having been an IT professional for several years, he had seen the failings of traditional IT companies. “They charge by the hour and have to go onsite to figure out what the problem is. I charge by the minute and can fix 80 percent of computer problems without leaving the office,” Dickinson said.

Dickinson’s business specializes in all computer services, repairs and training for the small business and home office user.

“We maintain all servers, networks and administration of businesses and focus on helping them get up and running today, not in days or weeks like at ‘brick and mortar’ computer stores. We literally focus on our ‘Beat the Geek,'” Dickinson said.

Dickinson sees his business being a worldwide venture within five years.
