Maricopa now home to 2 high risk sex offenders

According to information provided by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, two high risk sex offenders have moved to the city of Maricopa.

Crime(s): 2008 failure to register as a sex offender
                1991 sexual abuse

Name: Jimmy Johnston
Race: Caucasian
Age: 42
Height: 5’9
Weight:145
Hair:Brown
Eyes:Brown
Address: 51606 W Mayer Boulevard
Crime(s): 2006 failure to register as a sex offender
                1998 failure to register as sex offender
                1991 sexual misconduct with a 13 year old

Pinal County classifies sex offenders in three categories; Level One (low risk to the community),Level Two (intermediate risk to the community) and Level Three (high risk to the community).

Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated. Sex Offenders have always lived in our communities, but because of Megan’s Law, law enforcement is now able to share this information with you, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
